Appearance: Long, white hair with a fragile figure. Rayne had a small frame is seen as helpless. She likes wearing dresses or flowing outfits.

Powers: Rayne has the uncanny nack of granting wishes. If anyone around her says, "I wish..." it will come true. As she grants a wish, she glows bright as a star.

Weaknesses: No matter who says it, she has to grant the wish. She can only grant three wishes through out the day. She can't bring someone back from the dead. She can't make someone fall in love. And she can't kill anyone. Can't grant her own wishes.
Fear: That someone will found out about her power and use it against her.
Personality: Sticks to herself. Doesn't like to be around a lot of people. Takes her a while to trust people. Scared of things she doesn't know about. Is jealous around other people with powers because she hates her own.
Background: Rayne lived with her mother and father in California. She was fragile as a child, having to go to the hospital a lot. At the age of 11 that Rayne discovered that she could grant wishes. She found this out by her mother wishing that she would be healthy for the rest of her life.
But at 13, her power turned against her. Her parents got in fights often. One night, her father shouted that he wished he had never met her mother. And it came true. But Rayne was still in existence. She found that her parents knew nothing of her or each other. Rayne left California sadly and made her way across the country.
Now, she has managed to make her way to Hateru. Believing it to be a little town where not much happens, where she can find peace and quiet.
Other: When nervous, she chants the "Starlight, starbright" rhyme.
