"Huh?" Roshi was dumbstruck. No one EVER called her Rosie. Not since she started living with Rin. How did she know her name? Rin had enliseted her at the school as Roshi, the teachers called her Roshi, there was no more Rosie, how did she find out? "D-detano?" she muttered, looking over at him.
He glanced a "save me" look back at her, but it was too late, and Roshi would have to find a new partener.
The only other person left was the weirdo Luna. Roshi would have to share paints with a crazed kindergardener.

okemi sat down and put her doll in a messenger bag she had still on her. "how are you" she said trying to smile and failing badly. okemi never smiled there was no reason too, her parents gone living alone in her huge home. She taught her self important things (such as art) and ignored things that she saw usless(most social skills). the only thing she had learned from her mother before they where slaughtered was how to sew.

"Um.. good?" Detano shrugged. "How are you?" Small talk worked. He'd rather talk to Roshi, but small talk was good for small conversations with people he didn't want to talk to.

"so whats that girls name, the one you always talk to?" okemi grabbed the black and red paint and put a little of each on the paper plates the teachers had passed out.

"Uh.. Roshi?" Detano asked, taking blue paint and putting some on his paper plate. "What about her?" Why was she suddenly interested in them... Or maybe it was just Roshi?
Meanwhile, Roshi glopped the red paint onto her plate, and tryed to tune out her partner's blabbering while she listened to Detano's conversation with that weird girl who always sat in the back of class alone. 'And had creepy dolls' she decided. The one she usually had also looked scarily like one of the most popular boys in the class, too.

"I don't know she just seems interesting" okemi began painting a design for one of he dolls with the gooey black paint.

Detano looked at Okemi, then over at Roshi accross the room, who quickly turned away as if she hadn't been watching them. He smirked, and said "yeah, she sure is interesting." Roshi wasn't always the stealthyest at easedropping...

Luna smiled as she drew, not really paying attention to Roshi now. She was focused on her painting. She was painting a white cresent moon, a dark blue night sky, and white wings on the moon. She looked up quickly to see Roshi staring at Detano and Okemi. Luna sighed. Okemi was strange. And that was saying something, coming from Luna.
Serenity gave a cheer as she left the history classroom. Off to lunch! Her favorite time of the day. She skipped down the hall, going to the lunchroom, humming as she went. She wondered where her friend was. He hadn't been first and second period, so she was getting worried that he wasn't going to show.

~whos her friend?
Just before they walked through the door, Takuno had a devilish plan for the day. "I say..." he began, " that we skip school for the day." He smirked, obviously proud of himself. Now all Hibiko had to do was agree, and they could sneak over to the high school and pretend they were high schoolers for the day. The high school was right across the street, so it wouldn't be a problem to get there, but it would be hard to convince Hibiko, and he didn't want to go alone.

Um... I was going to use a random character but if you want to put someone in, go ahead.
Serenity sighed. He wasn't in the lunchroom. Not that that really mattered. If she guessed correctly, he was probably on the roof, being a bum, and wasn't going to come down till someone found him.
Serenity grabbed her lunch and headed up the stairs. Sometimes, her friends were stranger than herself.
Heira stared at her teacher like she was craziest thing on the face of the planet. They were supposed to what? She was Drama class, and her teacher had just asked them to come up with a skit with someone, and you had to play the part of the oppisite gender.
*Crap* Heira thought. She hated the Gender-Bending skits. If you were a girl, you had to team up with a guy, who was going to pretend to be a girl. But the problem was, the guys got to choose the partners and never once, did Heira get picked. The teacher always had to assign Heira to someone because the guys refused to work with her.
But this time, Heira had a ace in the hole. She had brought her staff to school, against house rules because she knew Gender-Bending skits were going to be that week, and was going to stop time and get one of the awesomer boys to pick her.
She watched as the girls names were put in hat and the boys lined up. After a few girls got picked, the boy Heira had been waiting for came up. He reached in the hat, pulled out a slip, and Heira pulled out her staff behind her, so no one would see. She closed her eyes and time froze. When she opened her eyes, she smirked. She walked up to the boy she liked, pulled the name he had chosen out of his hand, reached in the hat, pulled out her own name, and put it back in the boy's haid where the other one had been.
Heira walked back to her seat, tapped her staff twice on the ground, and time started again. She slipped her staff in backpack as the boy looked at the paper. "I got... Heira." the boy said, sighing as he read off the name. Heira could feel the glares of the girls around her but she just smirked. She loved her powers sometimes.

Not only did Matt NOT get who he wanted, but he got the very girl no one wanted. Heira was always the last to get picked when they had free choice of partners, so Matt wasn't very thrilled when he picked that name out of the hat. And to make it stranger, Matt was sure that it was a different name, but when he looked again, it was Heira. He sighed, and walked up to her, as other boys drew from the hat and picked their fate. "So how ya want to do this thing?" Matt didn't like Gender-Bending activities, along with most of the class. Who WANTED to act like a girl? Matt thought it wasn't as bad for girls. Because girls usually played boys anyway, because of the male shortage, but a boy acting as a girl is just unnatural, no matter how many times their Drama teacher told them all the parts were played by boys in the past.

Heira felt a light blush come to her cheeks. She may have powers but her hormones were that off a normal teenage. Wild and out of control. "Um... We could... do something on the sterotypical American married couple. Husband works all day and the wife nags him when he gets home." she said quickly, not having thought out the skit plan beforehand.

Matt had done that one too many times. That was the simplest one to do, but it earned you the worst grade. "... Anything else?" he asked, already bored of this project. "Maybe somthing with a little more... thought?"

Heira blushed in embrassment. She looked to the ground in thought. "Cinderella?" she thought aloud. "Like, I be the Prince Charming trying to find the Princess and you be the Princess..." she said, her voice getting a little smaller as she went, not really knowing if her idea was good or not.

He shrugged. It was better than the first idea. "Sure, I guess.." he mumbled. MAtt thought about that idea a little more. "What about the scene where she looses the glass slipper? That's the most well known scene, and it would be pretty easy to do."
